GRP motor yacht Princess 45 Fly, built in 2005/6 by Princess Yachts England, dim.: 13,92, x 4,27 x 1,09 mtr, grp hull, deck and superstructure, hardened glass windows in stainless frames, headway: 3,90 (top radar arch) to 5,10 mtr (top antenna), toughened glass windows in stainless frames, CE class A certificate, large open cockpit with transom door to bathingplatform, teak in cockpit, displacement: 14 tonnes, fueltanks: 2 x 800 ltrs, freshwatertank: 628 ltrs, sumptank, hydraulic wheelsteering inside and on flybridge, emergency tiller.
Cherry wooden interior, 3 cabins and saloon, 6 berths, headroom 2 mtr plus. Ownerscabin forward with centreline double berth with ensuite shower, washbasin and Jabsco electric toilet. Two guestcabins amidships with two single berths and bunk berths, Combined shower, washbasin and electric Jabsco toilet for the guests.
Saloon with U-shaped settee and opposite couch. Acces to cockpit area through sliding doors. Cruissair airconditioning (reversable heating system). Galley with double stainless steel sinks, electric waterpressure system, boiler hot water system, 2 x 24v frontloading fridges, Techimpex three burner gasstove, Daewoo 220v microwave, some crockery.
2 x Volvo Penta D9 500 hp (367kW) diesels, indirect coolingsystem, hydraulic gearboxes, stainless prop shaft with four bladed propellers, cruisingspeed approx. 22 knots, topspeed (dependable on load) approx. 30 knots, approx. 480 runninghours.
12/24/220v electrical system, 4 batteries, automatic batterycharger, Onan 6kvA diesel generator, Lenco hydraulic trimtabs, electric Sidepower TP75Ti 6hp/75kgf electric bowthruster.
Plastimo compass' on both helmpositions, Raymarine ST60 log and echosounder with flybridge repeaters, Raymarine E120 colour chartplotter combined gps and radar (with flybridge repeater), Simrad VHF. Raymarine ST6001 autopilot. LCD tv and radio/cd player.
Bimini top, covers for flybridge, cushions for flybridge and cockpit, cockpit table, 8 persons liferaft and 8 persons safety equipment, electric anchorwinch, CQR anchor and chain, spare Fortress anchor with line, lifebuoy, fenders, warps, boardingladder, bathing platform, deckshower (hot/cold). Jabsco remote control searchlight, 2 x windscreen wipers.
