This Cumulant 40 centreboard offers very good value for money. One owner since new, fitted with fine joinery and craftsmanship, the interior is luxurious and comfortable. Worth mentioning is the extensive use of hydraulics (with back-up system) for bowthruster, propulsion, winches, centreboard for easy, comfortable and secure operation.

Steel sailingyacht Cumulant 40 "Sommerwind", built in 1993 by Cumulant HJB, the Netherlands, dim.: 12,56 (lwl 10,80 x 3,80 x 1,30 - 2,15 mtrs, design by Van de Stadt & Partners, steel roundbilged hull, centreboard keel (hydraulically operated), twin balanced rudders, teak decks, teak in cockpit, (exterior painted teak and topsides needs work) displacement approx. 13 tonnes, fueltank 300 ltrs (with 15 ltr daytank), freshwatertank: 350 ltrs, sumptank: 100 ltrs, Whitlock mechanical wheelsteering, emergency tiller.

Classic teak interior, 2 cabins and saloon, 4(+2) berths, headroom: 1.90-2.00 mtrs, 1 x u.w.toilet, 2 x shower, Volvo Ardic diesel ducted hot air heating (also can heat hot water boiler and engine), dinette with opposite settee, galley with doulbe s.s. sinks, electric waterpressure system with extra footpump, boiler hot water system (220v/engine/heating), two burner gasstove with oven, Vitrifrigo 12v frontloading fridge, crockery.
