Distinctive gentlemans motoryacht for in- and offshore cruising. Featured as the original Grand Banks MY, the 36 Classic is a well appreciated model by the American Marine Yard. This GB 36 has received numerous upgrades and renewals (teak decks, electronics, etc) and is a very pleasant yacht. Easy to manouver with her twin diesels and powerfull bowthruster.

GRP motoryacht Grand Banks 36 Classic, built in 1977 by American Marine Ltd., dim.: 11,07 (lwl 10,67) x 3,71 x 1,19 mtrs, headway: 3,55 mtrs, design by Ken Smith, grp hull, deck and superstructure, new teakdecks in 2006, pilothouse with double glazed windows, hard-chine hull with skeg for stability, displacement: 10,5 tonnes, fueltanks: 2 x 650 ltrs (replaced in stainless steel tanks), freshwatertank: 630 ltrs, hydraulic wheelsteering inside and on flybridge.
Classic teak interior, 2 cabins and saloon/pilothouse, L-shaped dinette with opposite bench, aftcabin with three berths, forward cabin with two berths, 2 x toilet (electric/manual) and showers, Webasto diesel ducted hot air heating, galley with electric waterpressure system, boiler hot water system (220v/engine), Electrolux 12v fridge, three burner gasstove with extractor, crockery, Vetus gasdetector, Candy Aquamatic washingmachine. The upholstery and ceiling vinyls have been renewed.
2 x Ford 2715E 120 hp (88kW) diesel engines, installed in 1977, approx. 3050 runninghours, indirect coolingsystem, Borg Warner Velvet Drive gearboxes, s.s. propellorshafts, three bladed fixed pitch propellors, cruisingspeed approx. 8-9 knots, manual/electric bilgepumps, 12/220v electrical system, 3 x 170amp batteries (start/domestic/generator), shorepower, Mastervolt automatic batterycharger with remote control, Onan 8 kW diesel generator in sound proofing box, Vetus electric heavy duty bowthruster.
Ritchie magnetic compass, Raytheon ST60 Tridata log and echosounder, Raytheon ST60 rudderangle indicator (all with flybridge repeaters), Shipmate RS8300 VHF with Atix and flybridge control unit, Cetrek autopilot with flybridge control unit, Raytheon C80 colour chartplotter with radar with flybridge repeater unit, Raytheon loudhailer.
Covers for flybridge seats, etc. Bimini-top, Avon brass electric brass windlass, varnished teak caprail, all deckfittings in distinctive bronze, bathingplatform, mast with steadying sail (mast can be lowered easily), deckwash, 2 x windscreen wipers, Clear-View, fenders, warps, radar reflector, clock, barometer, etc.
