The Hallberg Rassy 312 is a very popular model, built during 1979 - 1993. Totally 690 boats were built. 485 units were built of the MK I version. Until 1986 the HR 312 MK I was built, with the windows in the blue striped hull. Constructed with high grade materials. Her warm and cosy interior provides lots of comfort. The owner has kept her in good condition during the years. Still very much in demand.

Hallberg Rassy 312 "Walkabout", built in 1982 by Hallberg Rassy Varv in Sweden under Lloyds with hullnumber 195, dim.: 9.42 m (lwl 7.70 m) x 3.08 m x 1.62 m, headway approx. 13,75 m, designed by Christoph Rassy & Olle Enderlein, GRP hull, GRP sandwich construction: superstructure and deck, deck laid with teak, hardened glass windows in aluminium framing, white S-shaped hull with blue striping, striping new painted in 2003, long keel, displacement approx. 4.9 tons, ballast approx. 2.2 tons, fuel tank approx. 110 litres, fresh water tank approx 120 litres, sump tank, wheelsteering and emergency tiller steering.
Classic mahogany interior, saloon + front cabin, 4 berths, headroom approx. 1.85 m, 1x underwater manual toilet (new in 2000), Webasto airtop 2000 hot air heating system (installed in 2004), hot watersystem, galley with manual water pressure system, refrigerator, Optimus two burner gas stove with oven.
Yanmar 29 hp, diesel engine, (new 2004) with 89 enigine hours, indirect cooling system, consumption approx. 2 1/2 ltrs/hr, cruising speed approx. 7 knots, saildrive 120 Skg 1203034, Kempax bilge pump, 12/220 V. electrical system, 2 x 70 Ah (2004) and 1 x 68 Ah (2003)batteries, shore power, Victron 2001 12V/25 Ah. battery charger, invertor.
2 x Compass, Silva echosounder, Silva log (doesn't work correctly) and Silva windset, Shipmate RS 8300 (1997), Autohelm 4000 autopilot, Valsat mlr 2008M2 (1997) navigation computer, Pioneer radio/cd-player.
Sprayhood, cockpit cover, searchlight, life lines, fire extinguishr, anchor with chain and rope, bathingladder, sea railing, 4 x fenders, spare parts (v-barr and impellor), clock, barometer.
Sloop-rigged, aluminium mast, fittings s.s., headsailfurling system, 2 sails: mainsail by Zwaan lelystad (2004), furling genoa approx 120% by Zwaan lelystad (2003), (old original furling genoa available but broken), slab reefing system for mainsail, sailcover, backstayadjuster, 2 x 40 Lewmar 2 speed winches in cockpit and 3 x 8 Lewmar winches on the mast.
