GRP sailing yacht Contest 31 HT AC ''De Susa'', built in 1975, building number 93, dim.: 9.50 x 3.15 x 1.75 m, built by Conyplex Holland, designed by Dick Zaal as a Half Tonner, GRP deck and superstructure, deep fin keel, displacement approx. 5.000 kg, ballast approx. 2.500 kg, fuel capacity 100 ltr. in stainless steel tank, water capacity 230 ltr. in a stainless steel tank, both tanks replaced in 1998, tiller steering.

Classic mahogany interior with lots of lockers in the saloon, headway approx 1.90 to 1.80 m in the front, 2 cabins with each 2 berths and additional 3 berths in the saloon making a total of 7 berths, head with an ITT electric toilet and a stainless steel sink, 2-burner gimballded gas stove that stowes vertically above the worktop, manual waterpump at galley and in the head, piping for a heater is installed, the heater itself is removed, large prisma in the foredeck giving light to the forecabin, the plexiglass for the 2 deckhatches has been replaced.

Volvo Penta 25 hp, building year 1975, building number 25370, partially rebuild in 1997, 1.046 engine hours (10-12-2002), indirect cooling system, hydraulic gearbox, 2-bladed propeller, manual bilge pump in the cockpit, 2 12 Volt plugs, 12 Volt electric circuit, 2 batteries 1x 66 Ah. start and 1x 88 Ah. service batteries, shore power without a earthbreaker, 12 Volt battery charger, engine room completely rebuilt in 1999, enginehour counter, rpm and temperature meter.
