GRP sailing yacht Hallberg Rassy 49 Ketch, built in 1984, dim.: 14,96 (lwl 12,50) x 4,42 x 2,25 m, built bij Hallberg Rassy Varv in Sweden, designed by Olle Enderlein & Christoph Rassy, fully hand laminated one piece deck, hull and cockpit made of woven roving and strand mat with Isophthalic polyester resin, GRP superstructure, long low aspect ratio cruising keel, white S-shaped hull with "Hallberg Rassy" blue striping both on the hull and the superstructure, displacement approx. 18 tonnes, ballast approx. 8,1 tonnes of lead in a slurry of mat and epoxy resin and then thoroughly secured in place with numerous laminations, 3 x stainless steel fueltanks with a total capacity of 834 litres, 1 x fiberglass watertank with a total capacity of 450 litres, cable and quadrant steering assembly, emergency tiller.

African mahogany interior, workshop with V-workbench, starboard guest stateroom with upper en lower single berths, saloon with L-shaped bench with across a straight bench settee with storage behind and above and a pilot berth, navigation station, aft owners cabin with a double bert to starboard and a single berth to port, a total of accomodation of 7-10 berths, 2 x toilet and shower, Eberspacher diesel heater, pressure hot & cold fresh water system, salt water foot pump and manual fresh water pump, galley with double stainless steel sinks with teak cutting boards, Waeco 24 Volt refrigerator and Isotherm 24 Volt water coolled freezer, Taylor two burner propane stove with grill an oven, 24 Volt coffee machine.

Volvo MD40 T 150 hp 6 cylinder, 4 cycle, turbo-charged in line freshwater cooled marine diesel with raw water strainer, Volvo MS-3 gear type reduction drives a 40 mm stainless steel propeller shaft, the enigine is mounted on four fully adjustable mounts with vibration isolating inserts ('02), dripless type grease filled stuffing box, water lubricated rubber cutless stern bearing, three blade 20 diameter fixed bronze propeller, the engine and reduction drive are controlled by single lever throttle/shifter mounted on the steering pedestral, 2 x tunnel bow shrusters are 24 Volt driven, make Vetus with 3 blade propellers, enigine instruments include a tachometer, hourmeter, oil pressure gauge, colling water temperature gauge, and a volt meter, there are alarms for low oil pressure and high colling water temperature, the engine has 3839 running hours, Zeise 4 kW generator (' 99) in sound shield (247 hours), spare 12 Volt starter motor for Volvo, incharge V&A regulator, spare 12 Volt alternator Victron 24 Volt, 50 amps battery charger, circuit breaker master panels 24/12/220 Volt, 12 Volt start battery for Zeise + change over switch on main start battery, spare 24 Volt alternator + shaft generator, 220/110 Volt. transformer, 5 x new gel batteries ('02), 50 dockside electrical cable, 2 x Vetus 24 Volt bow thrusters- 200 lbs pus total, 24 Volt Vetus Dessalator 7 gph reverse osmosis watermaker, 30 gallon 220 Volt heat exchanger stainless steel water heater, spare propeller, 2 x automatic electric pumps 1 x bilge, 1 drain, manual bilge pump, emergency bilge pump, emergency 24 Volt submersible bilge pump.
