Beautiful built and very well maintained motorsailer, type Roskilde. Built for her present owner. Designed with the ability to pass the Hollandse brug (NL). Classic mahogany interior, wheelhouse and two cabins. Round bilged, canoe stern, large cockpit, a real eye catcher!

Steel motorsailer Roskilde 35 "Jonas", launched in 1992, hull built in 1991 by Scheepswerf De Vries in Lemmer - Holland, rig of 1994, design by Aad de Lange. Dim.: Loa 10,70 m (Lwl 9,35 m) x 3,50 m x 1,15 m, headway: approx. 12,25 m. Steel hull, superstructure and deck, wheelhouse of teak - renewed in 2008, deck with anti-slip. Hull, deck, superstructure: 4 mm, keel 5 mm, keel bottom 15 mm. Underwatership sand blasted and painted in 2008. Securit glass windows in copper framing, four dorades, deck light. Round bilged clinker build hull (black), long keel, bilge keels (they allow the use of a drying mooring, the boat standing upright on the keels (and often a skeg) when the tide is out). Displacement: approx. 11 tonnes, ballast: 3,035 tonnes (lead). Fuel tank capacity: 120 litres - steel tank, fresh water capacity: 2x 275 litres - steel tanks. Sump tank (plastic) with deck connection,. Hydraulic wheel steering inside, tiller steering outside.

Classic mahogany and teak interior, wheelhouse and two cabins, 4 berths. Trumatic hot air heating (gas), pressurized water system, hot water through boiler (runs on 220V and engine). Wheelhouse with U-shaped settee, large storage under the settee, chart table and steering position. Under deck you find the galley and a small cosy settee with Dickinson New Port base heater. L-shaped galley with stainless steel sink, lots of storage space fridge with small freeze compartment ((12V/220V/gas), Techimpex three burner gas stove with oven cardanic. Stereo with cassette.

Vetus D4-25 / 62 hp diesel engine of 1991, approx. 625 engine hours, intercooling, PRM Delta D20 gearbox, Morse engine control, diesel fore filter with water separator. Propeller shaft of stainless steel (30mm) - greased lubricated, three bladed propeller. Electric circuit: 12V/220V, shore power with earth leakage breaker. Batteries: start 1x 105 Ah of 2005 + service 1x 105 Ah of 2007. Calira automatic battery charger. Electric bilge pump.

C&P compass, Stowe Dataline echo sounder, Stowe SOX in cockpit: log, speed and depth, Raytheon 40 wind set: speed + direction at chart table, Sailor RT2048 VHF with Atis, Furuno GP31 with PC connection, Furuno navtex NX30.

Manual windlass, CQR anchor, anchor roll of stainless steel, boarding ladder of stainless steel, massive stainless steel sea railing, fire extinguisher, gas detector, Flojet deck wash pump in cockpit. Aluminium covers over engine room and cockpit lockers.

Gaff rigged, Oregon pine wooden mast of De Vries Lemmer, fittings and standing rig of stainless steel. Sails - polyant polyester - crème: main sail of 1995 - 39,5m2 / 340 G/m2, Lazy Jacks, jib of 1997 - 11 m2 / 310 G/m2, yankee of 1995 - 17,5 m2 / 300 G/m2. Sail cover, binding reef, back stays, pin rail. Lewmar winches: 2x 16 ST + 2x 16.
