Depicted as a sailing "classic" the Spirit 36 has earned itself the right to be called a first class sailingyacht with pedigree. Designed for fast, but safe, cruising in comfort, designer De Ridder and the famous Belgium yard, have made many Spirit owner happy. This Spirit 36 is still with her first owner, has never been raced or chartered and is little used. With the ownersversion III for her interior, also very suitable for family and friends.

GRP sailingyacht Spirit 36 "Appolonia", built in 1990 by Bootbouwerij Van Heygen Bvba, Belgium, dim.: 11,30 (lwl 9,25) x 3,66 x 1,97 mtr, design by J. de Ridder, grp hull, deck and superstructure, hardened glass windows in aluminium framing, roundbilged hull, fin keel, balanced spade rudder, displacement: 6,5 tonnes, ballast: 2,4 tonnes (cast iron), fueltank: 75 ltrs, freshwatertank: 2 x 75 ltrs, tiller steering.
Classic teak interior (yard built), 3 cabins and saloon (ownersversion III with large double berth aft) and single berth cabin, 5(+2) berths, new upholstery 2003, headroom: 1,90 mtr, in toilet 1,80 mtr. 2 x u.w.toilet, Eberspaecher diesel ducted hot air heating, galley: electric waterpressure system, boyler hot water system (220v/engine), Eno two burner gasstove (2006), 12v fridge.
Volvo Penta 2003 28 hp (20kW) diesel, installed in 1990, approx. 600 runninghours, indirect coolingsystem, Volvo Penta mechanical gearbox, s.s. propellershaft with new seal, three bladed feathering Maxprop propeller (2003), cruisingspeed approx. 7 knots, consumption approx. 3 ltr/hr, manual bilgepump, 12/220v electrical system, 3 x batterie (2004), shorepower, automatic batterycharger (2005).
