Waarschip 1050 completely out of mahogany plywood and wharf built. Because of the epoxy layer, characterized by high resistance against moisture influenc, the ship is very maintenance-free. In combination with epoxy it delivers a strong and rigid ship. This The first and only owner has invested a lot time and money to keep her in good condition throughout; new Van de Neut mast, complete net set of sails (never used), hull has been painted, new upholstery etc.

Wood/epoxy sailing yacht Waarschip 1050, commissioned in 1994 Loyd's certificated 20 years garanty by Waarschip B.V., 't Waar, designed by Kremer, dim: 10,50 x 2,50 x 1,95m., Mahogany wooden/epoxy hull (new fresh layer of paint in 2003) and superstructure, teak deck, perspex windows, fin keel, displacement approx. 2,5 Tonnes, ballast: 1,05 Tonnes (Lead), 1 x 45ltrs dieseltank (s.s.), 2 x 30 ltrs fresh water tank (s.s.), sumptank (plastic), willer steering.

Classic mahogany interior, 1 cabin and saloon, 3(+2) berths, 1.70 headroom, manual u.w. toilet, small galley with Wallas Marine ceramic two burner paraffin stove / heating , manual waterpressure system. New dark blue upholstery from 2004.

Perkins Perama 3 cylinder 19hp (14Kw) diesel engine, engine installed in 1994 (partial overhaul 2004), intercooling system, mechanical gearbox, propellershaft, Max Prop two bladed propeller, 1 x manual bilge pump, 12v electrical system, 2 x Vetus batteries (one renewed in 2003), 250 Watt Mastervolt invertor (To be connected).

Plastimo contest compass, B&G Quat Network log, echosounder and windset (direction and speed, top unit renewed in 2004), Shipmate RS8100 VHF, Atis prepared, Autohelm 2000 autopilot, MLR Valsat GPS, Supertech WE216M radio receiver.

Weathertrend digital barometer, 4 persons life raft (To be inspected by new owner), 2 x anchor, boarding ladder, safety belts, spare parts, tools.
