Setting the standard for many other yards, Catalina have been building sailingyachts for many years. It is very likely they will keep doing that for many years to come. The beam of the Catalina 30 MkIII is the secret to her interior space and stability. Furthermore the cockpit is so large yet deep enough, to seat the whole family while sailing. Her shallow draft keel make her ideal for cruising the in- and offshore waterways.

Classic teak interior, two cabin and saloon, 4(+2) berths, dinette, headroom: 1.85 mtr, 1 x u.w.toilet and shower, galley with electric waterpressure system, boyler hot water on engine/220v, Seaward two burner gasstove and oven with electric gas shut-off valve, Coolmatic 12v fridge.

Sloop-rigged, aluminium mast, s.s. standing rigging, Shaeffer headsailfurler, 3 sails: full batten main / original main / 130% furling genoa / High Aspect jib. cover for main, single line "quick-reef" for main, tackle boomvang and backstayadjuster, 2 x 40ST sheetwinches, 2 x 16ST halyardwinches, all by Lewmar, halyards + sheets lead aft into the cockpit for ease of handling, mainsheet traveller mounted on the coachroof to keep cockpit clear.
