If there ever was a yacht, designed by the famous Dick Koopmans Sr. that appealed to many yachtsman, the 1044 by Victoire is certainly one of the contenders. Started out as the 34 this design has been refined over the years. Very stable and well built, the Victoire 1044 is a very safe family cruising yacht. This Victoire has been kept in good condition and received a lot of new equipment (including engine) in recent years.

GRP sailingyacht Victoire 1044 "Allegro", built in 1989 by Victoire Jachtbouw, The Netherlands, dim.: 10,80 (lwl 8,35) x 3,24 x 1,87 mtr, headway approx. 15 mtr, design by Dick Koopmans Sr., grp hull, deck and superstructure, hardened glass windows in aluminium framing, roundbilged hull, fin keel, rudder in skeg, displacement: 5,5 tonnes, ballast: 2,7 tonnes (cast iron), fueltank: 1 x 60 ltrs (s.s.), freshwatertank: 2 x 75 ltrs (s.s.), sumptank: 35 ltrs, tiller steering with extension (+ spare tiller).

Classic teak interior, 2 cabins and saloon, 4(+2) berths, all new upholstery in 2002, headroom 1.85 mtr, 1 x u.w.toilet (2001), Wallas 2400 ducted air heating (petroleum), galley; footpump waterpressure system, Force 10 three burner gasstove with oven (1999), Isotherm 12v fridge (2001), Engel combicool fridge.

Volvo Penta MD2030 29 hp (21kW) diesel, installed new in 2003, aprpox. 30 runninghours, indirect coolingsystem, Volvo Penta Saildrive, two blade propeller, cruisingspeed approx. 6 knots, consumption approx. 3 ltr/hr, manual bilgepump, 12/220v electrical system, 4 x 108 amp batteries (2002), shorepower, Mastervolt 40amp automatic batterycharger.

Sestrel Moore compass, Autohelm ST50 log, echosounder and windset (1998), Sailor RT2048 VHF, Raytheon R10X radar, Autohelm ST4000 autopilot (1996), Philips Mk8 GPS, Lokata Navtex receiver (printer), TV antenna.

Sprayhood with s.s. grabrail (2000), cockpit cover (2001), Dunlop 6 pers. liferaft (last inspected 2000), Vetus electric windlass, Danforth anchor with 20 mtr chain/45mtr line, spare anchor with 35 mtr line, fenders, warps, cockpit table.
