Introduced in the latter part of the eighties, the Voyage 12.50 was an instant success because of her large and friendly interior space, beamy hull, swept lines and large deep cockpit. There are three separate cabins, ample seating and large galley. Owners cabin with own head/shower, the two aft cabins have their own washbasin and share one head/shower aft. "Neptunus III" has been kept in a good condition. She's fully equipped.

GRP sailing yacht Jeanneau Voyage 12.50 "Neptunus III", built in 1990 by Jeanneau - France, design by Guy Ribadeau & Dumas, dim.: Loa 12,50 m (Lwl 10,15 m) x 4,05 m x 1,65 m, headway: approx. 18,05 m, GRP/Kevlar hull, GPR superstructure and deck, teak deck - renovated in 2007, osmosis treatment in 1997, Perspex windows in aluminium framing, mosquito screens for portholes, round bilged hull - off white, fin keel, displacement: 9,8 tonnes, ballast: 3,35 tonnes (cast iron), fuel tank s/s: 190 litres, fresh water tank : 3x 157 litres, mechanical wheel steering on pedestal, emergency tiller. Owner kept the boat every winter on shore.

Classic teak interior, saloon + three cabins, 7 (+2 in saloon) berths, owners cabin in front with own marine head with wash bowl, shower and manual under water toilet (Jabsco), three persons aft cabin with own wash bowl + two persons aft cabin with own wash bowl, marine head with shower and manual under water toilet (Jabsco), headroom between 1,83/2,01/1,98 m, upholstery saloon replaced in 2007, Webasto hot air heating, electric water pressure system by hydrofor - Flojet pump of 2004, hot water system through boiler (50 litres), runs on 220V/engine - boiler of 1997, galley with double sink s/s, Electrolux two burner gas stove with oven, Isotherm cool box (175 litres / 12V), Vetus gas detector of 2001. Pioneer Stereo with CD-player and cassette player (not connected), Hitachi T.V.

Perkins Prima M50 50 hp diesel engine - overhauled in 1997, invoice available, max. speed: 8 knots, indirect cooling system - wet exhaust, Hurth gear box, three bladed bronze propeller, propeller shaft s/s - water greased Volvo Seal, Vetus 3 kW bow thruster, two electric + one manual bilge pump, electric circuit: 12V/220V, batteries: 2x 170 ah. of 2002 + 1x 115 ah. of 2000, shore power with earth leakage breaker, Mastervolt type 12/40 battery charger of 2002, Phoenix inverter of 300 W., two fire extinguishers of 2 kg of 2007.

Compass (April 2007), Raymarine/Raytheon ST60 of 2001: echosounder / log / wind set: speed/direction and close hauled, Shipmate VHF with Atis, Autohelm ST7000 autopilot of 2001, Leica AP Navigator MK9 GPS-D, manual search light.

Sprayhood - dark blue of 2005, winter cover (2 parts), cockpit cushions, cockpit table, spray sails, two life lines, dan, electric anchor winch, two Danforth anchors; one with chain + one with chain and rope, bathing platform, boarding ladder s/s, deck shower - warm and cold water - replaced in 2006, deck wash installation, clock (3x) and barometer, radar reflector (2x).

Sloop rig, Francespar aluminium stowaway mast, Profurl head sail furling system, standing rig completely replaced in 2007, Dacron sails: main sail of 29,6 m2, furling genoa of 54 m2 and High Aspect of approximately 28 m2, sail cover (head) furl sail, Harken/Barbarossa winches: 2x 53.2 + 2x 44.2 + 2x 40.2 - all in cockpit + 1x 40 on mast.
