Anmerkungen des Maklers

Introduced in the latter part of the eighties, the Voyage 12.50 was an instant success because of her large and friendly interior space, beamy hull, swept lines and large deep cockpit. There are three separate cabins, ample seating and large galley. Owners cabin with own head/shower, the two aft cabins have their own washbasin and share one head/shower aft. "Estes" has been kept in a good condition.

GRP sailing yacht Jeanneau Voyage 12.50 "Estes", built in 1990 by Jeanneau - France, design by Guy Ribadeau & Dumas, dim.: Loa 12,50 m (Lwl 10,15 m) x 4,05 m x 1,65 m, headway: approx. 18,05 m, GRP hull, superstructure and deck, teak deck, osmosis treatment 2008, Perspex windows in Gebo aluminium framing, round bilged hull - off white, fin keel, approx. displacement: 9,8 tonnes, ballast: 3,35 tonnes (cast iron), fuel tank stainless steel: 190 litres, fresh water tanks (3x): total 450 litres (140/160/150 litres), mechanical wheel steering on Solimar pedestal, wheel cover, emergency tiller.

Classic teak interior, saloon + three cabins, 7 (+2 in saloon) berths, upholstery saloon of 2005, owners cabin in front with Tencel mattress and slated base of 2006, own marine head with wash bowl, shower and a RM 69 manual under water toilet of 2007, three persons aft cabin with own wash bowl + two persons aft cabin with own wash bowl, marine head with shower and a RM69 manual under water toilet of 2007, headroom between 1,83/2,01 m, Webasto hot air heating of 2005, electric water pressure system, water pump replaced in 2006, foot pump for sea water, hot water system through boiler - runs on 220V/engine, large galley with double stainless steel sink, gas stove and a Coolmatic fridge. Gas intallation renewed in 2006.

Perkins Prima M50 - 50 hp diesel engine , max. speed: 7 knots, indirect cooling system - wet exhaust, Hurth (HBW 10-2-R) gear box, three bladed propeller, propeller shaft stainless steel - water greased, electric + manual bilge pump, electric circuit: 12V/220V, batteries: 1x 100 amp. of '06 + 2x 180 amp., shore power with earth leakage breaker, automatically battery charger - 12V/20amp.

Plastimo compass on pedestal, VDO echo sounder, VDO log, VDO wind set: direction (Plexiglas on VDO displays broken, Shipmate RS8110 VHF (Atis?), Philips AP navigator, Autohelm autopilot, Motorola International 2000 telephone, Pioneer stereo with CD player.

Sprayhood of 2006, cockpit table, cockpit cushions, electric windlass, Brittany anchor with chain, large bathing platform, boarding ladder of stainless steel, two wired stainless steel sea railing with two entrances, Horse shoe with lifeline, clock and barometer.

Sloop rig, Francespar aluminium two spreader stowaway mast, Furlex headsail furling system, main sail and Tri-radial genoa - both from 2006 (old main sail and genoa I as spare available), standing rig stainless steel, talie boom vang, Harken Barbarossa winches: 2x 53.2 ST - two speed + 2x 44,2 ST two speed + 2x 40 ST two speed + 1x 40 single speed.
