Anmerkungen des Maklers

The Cormoran is a much appreciated design by Dick Koopmans Sr. A really reliable and safe hull for extensive and safe passage making. "Mon-Ami" comes well equipped with a good set of sails, winter cover, bimini, windlass etc. This lady is in good condition, hull painted in 2007.

Steel sailing yacht, Koopmans Cormoran "Mon-Ami", launched in 1977, hull built in 1976 by Gouwerok in Aalsmeer - Holland, hull number 286, dim.: Loa 9.50 m (Lwl 7,50 m) x 2.80 m x 1.50 m, headway: 12.50 m, design by D. Koopmans sr., steel hull, wooden superstructure, teak wooden deck: 16 mm. ply wood + 10 mm. teak (must have some attention), hardened glass windows in aluminium framing, S-shaped blue hull - painted in 2007, displacement: approx. 7,5 / 8 tonnes, ballast: 2 tonnes (lead), fuel tank: 100 litres (steel), fresh water tank: 100 litres (steel), tiller steering.

Classic interior - teak and mahogany, saloon + front cabin and pilot berth, 3 (+2) berths, headroom: 1.85 m, head with manual under water toilet, manual water pressure system, galley with stainless steel sink, Engel refrigerator (60 litres) and a two burner spirit stove with oven. Radio with CD-player, AudioSonic colour T.V., (antenna works not anymore).

Farymann R30M 2 cylinder 20 hp diesel engine, Hurth mechanical gearbox, Morse engine control, direct cooling system - wet exhaust, consumption approx. 1.5 litres/hour, cruising speed: approx. 5 miles, maximum speed: approx. 7.5 miles, three bladed bronze propeller, propeller shaft stainless steel - greased lubricated, manual bilge pump, electric circuit: 12V/220V, earth leakage breaker, two batteries of 102 Ah. (one of '04), shore power, automatic battery charger of 15 amp.

Sestrel Moore compass, Navman echo sounder, Navman log, Navacom 80 VHF with Atis, Furuno GPS, Autohelm MKI autopilot.

Blue spray hood, bimini, winter cover, cockpit table and cushions, spray sails, manual search light, safety buoy, safety lines on deck, manual windlass, plough anchor with 20 m anchor chain + 30 m line, small anchor, boarding ladder stainless steel, two wired sea railing stainless steel, clock, barometer and hygrometer, radar reflector.

Sloop rigged, aluminium mast, mast lowering system (not complete), fitting stainless steel, Heino Haase head sail furling system, sails: battened main sail + spare main, genoa (33m2/120%/needs some stitches), light weather genoa (30m2/150%), working jib and half winder (70m2), sail covers, binding reefing system, backstay adjuster, two sheet winches and two halyard winches (Henkes/Anderson), spi pole.
