Anmerkungen des Maklers
Well known and appreciated design range from Beneteau. Large accommodations for friends or family in three separate cabins (+ crew quarter). Nice saloon and generally good stowagespace inside. The Océanis range is known for their comfortable sailing and living onboard.
Sold by her first owner.

GRP sailing yacht Océanis 500 "Clipper" - owner's version, built in 1991 by Beneteau in St. Hilaire-de-Riez - France, sold by her first owner, dim.: Loa 15,30 m (Lwl 13,58 m) x 4,75 m x 1,80 m, design by Philippe Briand, GRP hull, superstructure and deck, wing keel, displacement: approx. 14 tonnes, ballast: approx. 4.9 tonnes, stainless steel fuel tanks: 2x 280 litres, fresh water tanks: 2x 200 litres (under berth owner's cabin) + 2x 320 litres (under floor saloon), two steering wheels.
Owner’s version: saloon + three cabins + crew quarter all with own marine head, total 8 berths:
Forward crew quarter:
Two single berths, storage, marine toilet, wash basin with hot and cold pressurized water, ladder with grab rail, entrance through deck hatch.
Owner’s cabin forward:
Island berth, two dressing tables with drawers, two hanging lockers with mirrors and two drawers under berths.
Front owner's bathroom:
Moulded bathroom compartment, storage, wash basin stainless steel, mixer tap with hot and cold pressurized water, stainless steel grab rail, mirror, marine toilet, shower compartment with altuglass protection, shower with mixer tap, electrical sump pump for shower drain.
Saloon:
U-shaped settee, central bench removable above the engine, lot of storage and two Philips electric heaters.

Two stainless steel sinks with hot and cold pressurized water, gimballed three burner stove with oven and grill and stainless steel crash bar, electrical fridge with forward opening (150 litres), freezer (150 litres), storages for glasses, chine and cutlery, bottle rack with micro-wave oven and storages.

Double berth, locker under berth, drawer, hanging locker and storage.
Two aft guest bathrooms (identical):
Moulded bathroom compartment, stainless steel washbasin, hot and cold pressurized water on mixed tab, stainless steel grab rail, mirror, storage, marine toilet, teak grating, shower, electrical sump pump for shower drain.
Navigation station:
Chart table with chart locker, table drawer, curved navigator's seat, instruments panel, book rack, electrical panel.
Perkins 4236 80 hp diesel engine, Max prop, engine control in cockpit, Geko generator (needs repair/service), electric system, 12V/220V, waterproof 12V plug in cockpit, battery charger, 12V/220V converter, three fire extinguishers (must be inspected).6 x 2 Volt (semi traxi) batteries, start battery main engine.
Philips GPS with repeater, Sailor VHF (no Atis), SSB receiver, Raytheon radar (must be checked), echo sounder (must be replaced), Autohelm 7000 autopilot, TV antenna.
Sprayhood, bimini, two spray sails, cockpit with teak gratings bathing platform with shower, boarder ladder, pulpit and stern push pit of stainless steel, outboard bracket, Plastimo life raft (must be inspected), two safety buoys, life sling, life line, electric anchor winch, two anchors with approx. 70 m anchor chain + spare anchor, safe, some spare parts.
Sloop rig, roller furling main mast, 2 sets of angled spreaders, main boom with track, roller furling genoa system, Kool main sail + genoa (100%) + Heineke genoa (heavy weather - 38m2) - all for furling system + Heineke half winder, spinnaker + sheets, spi pole + spare pole, boom vang, 2x Lewmar 40 ST halyard winches + 2x Lewmar 65 ST sheet winches + 1x Lewmar 30 ST winch for furling line, one electric winch in cockpit.
