Yard build for present owner. Can be easily handled by only one person due to bow and stern thrusters and a sputpole. Especially built for living permanently onboard. Equipped with central heating, and even the side decks have floor heating for safety matters during cold winters. Very solidly built with 8mm steel below waterline and 6mm above waterline.

Steel Living Cruiser 1500 "Hilda Anita", dim.: 14,98 x 4,60 x 1,15 m, headway 3,48 m, 2 cabins, 4 berths, built 1997 by Vacance (hull) and Smelne (interior), designed by Jan Visser, The Netherlands, displacement approx. 27 ton, steel supergloss 248 white hull, steel superstructure and deck, thermopane windows in aluminium framing, multi-shine hull, fuel tank capacity approx. 2 x 1350 ltr (red/white seperated) in steel tanks, water capacity approx. 1 x 2000 ltr in stainless steel tank, fueltank is prepared, hydraulic steering, electric motorpanetl, Cupa GPK bow-/sternthruster with remote.
Classic teak and ashen interior (teak in saloon and ashen under deck), saloon approx 35 galley approx 25 squere meter,headway approx. 1,87 m upper deck and 1,90 m under deck, 1 x manual toilet, 1 x shower (separated from toilet), 4-burner gasstove, extractor, Sharp microwave, 130 ltr refrigerator 24V, deep freezer (separated from refrigerator), washingmachine and dryer, JVC TV with satellite.
