The HR 31 is a true Hallberg-Rassy, with the same high level of quality and elegance as her larger sisters. Designed by Germán Frers, the Hallberg-Rassy 31 has excellent sailing characteristics. The boat is well balanced, and gently moves through the water, pointing and going to weather like no other 31 foot performance cruiser. She is easily single handed, as all lines are lead aft to the cockpit.

GRP sailing yacht, built in 2005 by Hallberg Rassy Varv, Sweden, designed by German Frers, dim: 9,62 x (lwl 7,69) x 3,30 x 1,71m., headway approx. 14,90m., built under supervision of Lloyds, CE-A - Unlimited ocean voyages, GRP hull, superstructure and deck, teakdeck, perspex windows in aluminium framing, round bilged hull, fin keel, balanced spade rudder, displacement: 4,5 tonnes, ballast: 2 tonnes (lead), dieseltank: 60 ltrs (s.s.), fresh water tank: 190 ltrs. (s.s.), sumptank with deck extraction, tiller steering with Spinlock joystick.
Classic mahogany interior, 2 cabins and saloon, 4(+2) berths, headroom approx. 1.88m., manual u.w. toilet, shower, galley with Optimus two burner gasstove with oven, electric waterpressure system, boyler hot water system (engine + 220v), Isotherm 12v fridge, Webasto Airtop 3500 heating (diesel). This interior has the classic HR finishing with louvre paneldoors.

Sprayhood with fixed windscreen (with cover for sprayhood), manual windlass, CQR anchor with 40 mtr. chain, sternanchor, radar reflector, bathing platform, boarding ladder, fenders, warps, fire extinguisher and miscellaneous cruising equipment.
Fractional-rigged, Seldén aluminium mast, Furlex genoa furling system, 3 sails: full battened main with Seldén MDS-Cars / furling genoa / stormjib, spi-halyard with genoa cover, Lazy Jacks, one-line reefing system for main, tackle boomvang and backstayadjuster, 2 x Lewmar 40ST sheetwinches, 2 x 16ST halyardwinches. The halyards and the reefing lines are lead into the cockpit for easy handling.
