Steel motoryacht Alm Kotter "Lady Perla", built in 2007 by De Alm Jachtbouw, Netherlands, dim.: 18,00 x 4,95 x 1,55 mtrs, CE class A certification, headway above the waterline: 4,70 mtr (with hydraulic lowered mast) and 7,10 mtr with mast up, steel hull, deck and superstructure in Awlgrip finish, teakdecks, thermopane glass windows in aluminium frames, displacement approx. 42 tonnes, fueltanks: 2 x 2275 ltrs + 450 ltrs daytank, freshwatertank: 1400 ltrs (stainless), grey and black water sumptank: 600 ltrs (stainless, with deck extraction and mascerator pump), hydraulic power assisted wheelsteering with joystick controls.
Hand crafted honey-coloured teak interior, decksalon with panoramic view of the surroundings with two settee's. Champagne coloured Alcantara upholstery and halogen lighting for ambience and atmosphere. Nice detailing in setup and woodwork in all cabins and salon.
Heating provided by Kabola central heating system and airconditioning by a Climma. Ample headroom and stowage space in all cabins.
Aft the full beam ownerscabin with centreline king-size berth. Ensuite of the ownercabin a large bathroom with contemporary sink and shower/steam cabin. The electric toilet with bidet and washbowl is seperate of the bathroom.
Twin guestcabins forward; one with centreline double berth, the other with twin bunkberths. For the guestcabins a bathroom with shower/bath and electric toilet and washbowl. In total six berths.
U-shaped dinette forward in the salon with opposite galley. Galley is fully equipped with hot/cold pressurised water system, front-loading fridge, dishwasher, ceramic 4 burner cooker with extractor and combi-microwave oven (all equipment by Bosch). Hot water supply by Kabola central heating system. Utillity room with Bosch combi washer/dryer.
Pilothouse with L-shaped sette, extra fridge and helmposition and leather helmsman seat. Pilothouse access from deck through sliding door. For ventilation various deckhatches are fitted.
Twin Deutz DTA66 210 hp (154kW) diesel engines, installed in 2007, approx. 800 runninghours, indirect coolingsytem, ZF hydraulic gearboxes with Aquadrive thrust-bearings, Amartech water-lubricated stainless propeller shafts and five bladed propellers, cruisingspeed approx. 9 knots (consumption apprx. 14 ltr/hr), manual and electric bilgepumps, automatic fire extinguisher in engineroom,
Electrical system; 12/24/220v, 24v/800amp service-start batteries, 75amp generator battery, shower power supply with insulation transformer, Mastervolt 24v/75amp automatic batterycharger, Mastervolt 24v/2500 inverter, Vetus GLF14 14kW diesel generator in soundproofing box, hydraulic powerpack (for thrusters, anchorwinch, mast lowering and powersteering), 300kgf hydraulic bow- and sternthrusters (with remote).
Twin electric engine controls by Morse, Raymarine ST60 log, echosounder, rudder angle indicator and compass displays, Raymarine Ray240E VHF (with loudhailer function), Raymarine St8002+ Smart autopilot with remote controls, Raymarine E120 colour chartplotter with Raymarine GPS, extra fold-down Samsung display for watching TV in pilothouse, onboard camera system or plotter/navigation screen.
Hydraulic lowering antenna-mast, JVC radio-cd audio system in for and aftcabins, Samsung flatscreen TV (lowers electrically in cupboard) with Track-Vision receiver system and Bose home cinema system, Samsung TV flatscreen in ownerscabin, stainless davits, lifejackets, lifebuoy, Lofrans Condor hydraulic anchorwinch with anchor and 50 mtr chain, boardingladder and small bathingplatform, hot-cold deckshower, side gates in bullwark/railing, horn, pilothouse with 5 x windscreenwipers (and power-wash), deck-wash, remote searchlight, clock, barometer, cockpit cushions and table, sun-bathing cushions on fore-deck, fire extinghuishers, fenders and warps.
