Stunning Koopmans 49' sailing yacht open to any - serious - offer! Currently with an aerorig, but this can be changed into a standard rig. Aluminium sailing yacht Koopmans 49 "Elan", built in 2001 by Spiro Yachts Enkhuizen in Holland - hull number 134, CE certification: Cat. A - Ocean. Dim.: 14,85 m (Lwl 12,40 m) x 4,25 m x 1,39 m/2,80 m, headway: approx. 23 m, design by D. Koopmans - design number 396. Aluminium hull, superstructure and deck, teak deck, aluminium: seawater resistant, below waterline 8 mm, above waterline 6 mm, bulkheads and decks 5 mm, corrosion protection by means of 6 sunken anodes. Double hardened glass windows in aluminium frames, Lewmar portholes with insect screens. Round bilged dark blue hull, centre board keel, displacement: 18 tonnes, ballast: 8 tonnes (lead), fuel tank: 900 litres, fresh water tank: 900 litres, sump tank: 400 litres. Wheelsteering on Edson Diamond CD-I pedestal, emergency tiller.

Classic Cedar interior, Corian tops in galley, toilet and shower. Decksaloon + three cabins, 6 (+1) berths, headroom: >2,00 m. Heads: separate shower inside with thermostatic valve and toilet - Vacuflush automatic vacuum system. Galley: Frigomat cooler and freezer, Siemens ET77451 half-cardanic ceramic electric plate, Siemens HF77951 microwave/oven, Siemens SK53501 dishwasher. Webasto Thermo 90S 24V heating, Crusair air-conditioning: SX7CK + SX16CK. Siemens WK61420 washer/dryer combination. Electric drinkwater system: 20 ltr. pressure vessel and pump, 67 ltr. 2000W boiler. Perkins M92 diesel engine: 86 hp at 2500 Rpm, with extra 24V alternator. ZF-Hurth 450A clutch. Python flexible prop. shaft coupling. Max Prop 3-bladed propeller with vane stand. Water cooled exhaust. MaxPower 110DUO electric bowthruster, Fisher Panda 10 generator - 13,1 KVA + spare parts kit, Jabso electric bilge pump with acoustic alarm, Gusher manual bilge pump and emergency bilge pump. Electric system: shore connection - 230 VAC - 50 Hz max 5 KVA. Two Mastervolt battery chargers (50 A + 75 A), Mastervolt alternator 24V1500W, Mastervolt service gel batteries 24/800 ah, two RedTop start gel batteries 12V/56Ah, Mastervolt bow anchor winch gel battery 24v/56 Ah, Low-high voltage battery alarm, two flexible solar panels. CQR anchor and 50 m chain - control from fore deck and cockpit, boarding ladder, bathing platform, deck shower (warm + cold), gangway, clock and barometer, deck wash system: Jabsco pumps - fresh or sea water.
