GRP sailing yacht Maxi 108 ''Vasco'', built in 1981 - hull number 104, dim.: Loa 10.75 m (Lwl 9.12 m) x 3.40 m x 1.75 m, design by Pelle Peterson, built by Maxi Yachts in Sweden. GRP hull, deck and superstructure, Perspex windows, round bilged hull, fin keel, balanced rudder, wheel steering, emergency tiller. Displacement: approx. 6,5 tonnes, ballast: 2.5 tonnes, Fuel tank: 120 litres (stainless steel tank), fresh water tank: 200 litres (stainless steel tank), sump tank (after the marine head).

Classic teak interior, saloon + front and aft cabin, 5(+2) berths. Eberspächer diesel ducted air heating. Electric and manual water pressure system, hot water through boiler. Front cabin with V-berth for two persons and two hanging lockers hight in frontcabin 1,84 m.. Saloon on starboard side with U-shaped settee (2 berths) hight at the galley 1,90m.. Galley on port side with double stainless steel sink; running hot and cold water), manual feet pump; seawater or cold fresh water, Coolmatic frigde ('91) and a two burner gas stove with oven. Chart table on starboard side, single berth in entrance to aft cabin. Aft cabin with two large berths, two hanging lockers and an extra entrance to cockpit. hight in aftcabin 1,48 m. Marine head on port side with wash bowl, shower (no pump) and a manual under water toilet.

Volvo Penta MD11C 23 hp (17 kW) diesel engine, Sail drive, two bladed folding propeller, indirect cooling system. Engine every year serviced. Electric circuit: 12V, 220V shore power, automatic battery charger. Batteries - maintenance free::1x start + 2x service. Manual bilge pump.

Silva compass on pedestal, VDO log + wind set + echo sounder on garage, Autohelm 3000 auto pilot, VHF (no Atis), Furuno GPS.

Sprayhood and cockpit cover with aluminium frames of '95. Large centre cockpit with folding cockpit table, teak on cockpit seats, cockpit cushions. Pul and push pit of stainless steel, anchor and chain, two wired stainless steel sea railing, stainless steel boarding ladder, saftey bouy and safety lines, radar reflector, fenders. Two gas bottles in anchor locker.

Sloop rigged, double spreader aluminium mast, standing rig of stainless steel - replaced in '91. Pro furl headsail furling system of 2007. Sails of 2007: battened main sail with three binding reefs + Lazy Jacks, furling genoa of 29m2, furling genoa of 45 m2. Sail cover for main of '03, Winches: 4x sheet + 2x halyard. Spi pole. Easy to handle and to operate the sails from the safety of the cockpit.
