We came to De Valk (Mark Hesselmans) as buyers of a boat they had for sale. Since we weren’t in the Netherlands during the entire buying process, it could have been quite complicated – but the opposite was true. His advice on procedures such as radio licensing, AIS registration, and ship registry documentation was spot on, and wherever he could assist, he did.
