The Malö 106 is first and foremost a sailors boat. From the strong, powerful rig to the carefully designed keel and rudder, her pedigree is that of a true offshore yacht. General
GRP sailing yacht Malo 106 "Punta Prima", built in 1988 first in water 1989, building, dimensions: 11.20 x 3.37 x 1.70 m, headway approx. 17.50 m, built by Malo Yachts AB in Sweden, semi s-spant white hull with blue striping, displacement 6.500 kg, ballast 3.000 kg, fuel capacity 220 liter, water capacity 220 liter, sump tank approx. 70 liter, wheel steering, emergency tiller.

Classic mahogany interior, 2 cabins, 5 berths, headroom approx. 1.85 m, toilet, shower, Webasto heating, hot water system via boiler on engine and 220 V., water pressure system, galley, refrigerator, 3-burner gas stove with oven and crockery.

Yanmar 44 hp diesel engine, mechanical gearbox, indirect cooling system, consumption approx. 4 liter/hour, speed approx. 7 knots, 3-bladed fixed propeller, Vetus 6 hp electric bowthruster, electric circuit 12V/220V, 4x75 Ah. batteries (2006), shore power, Newmar RN 20F battery charger. 2 electric bilgepumps, 1 manual bilgepump.

Suunto liquid compass on steering pedestal, VDO echo sounder log and windset, Shipmate RS 4500 GPS navigation centre, Simrad RT64 VHF, Robertson AP 200 DL autopilot, Simrad CP 30 shipmate GPS chartplotter, Grundig 2070 VD radio cass, Grundig professional 650 world radio receiver.

2 sprayhoods one new and never been used, cockpit cover, searchlight, life jackets, life lines, fire extinguisher, windlass, anchor with 40m chain, bathing ladder rear and front, lifebuoy, sea railing, fenders, spare parts, Wendl clock and barometer, winter cover.

Sloop-rigged, aluminum mast, furling system, De Vries mainsail, De Vries genoa 2004, never used cutter jib, standard boomvang, 4 Anderson ST winches + 2 Andersen winches on mast, St sails genoa-cover.
