Broker's comments

This Bavaria Classic is in perfect condition and now owned by the second owner since 1994. Kept in good condition, the teak around the mast needs replacing. For those who want to know, a yachttest from the Bavaria 320 issue 23 from the year 1988 available on paper.

Mahogany interior with colourfull upholstery, 2 cabins each with a double berth, 2 berths in the saloon giving a total of 6 berths, saloon with a headroom of approx. 1.85 m, foreward a double V-berth with 6 lockers above and 2 lockers under aswell as a large gebo overhead deckhatch with blind, port aft a large double with a large overhead escapehatch to the cockpit and an opening portlight in the superstructure, several halogen spotlights, starboard aft is the spacious head with manual rheinstrom toilet a worktop with integrated washbowl and a electric showerdrain with ventilation via the opening portlight in the superstructure, the saloon has to port a l-sofa and to starboard a sofa with lockers behind on both sides, behind the starboard sofa is the foreward facing navigationtable and to port the L-shaped foreward facing galley with a single stainles steel sink in a large worktop with 2 lockers above and 3 drawers with 2 lockers under. domestic equipment contains of: Wallas type 1800 sail parrafine hot air heating system, waterpressure system, 12 Volt electric compressor driven refrigerator, 2-burner spitzer gas stove with oven.
