GRP sailing yacht Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 44 "Mallemok", launched in 1991, built in 1990 by Jeanneau in France, dim.: Loa 13,33 m (Lwl 10,60 m) x 4,23 m x 2,12m, GRP hull, superstructure and deck, anti-fouling VC17, displacement: approx. 10 tonnes, ballast (cast iron): 3.645 tonnes, fuel tank s/s: 220 litres, four fresh water tanks s/s: total 480 litres, wheel steering, emergency tiller.
Classic teak interior, saloon + four cabins, 8 berths. Master cabin forward, two single-berths bunks, forward head with GRP laminate unit comprising a wash basin, shower and toilet. Double berth aft cabin port and starboard side, after head with moulded laminate unit comprising wash basin, shower and marine toilet with pump. Headroom saloon: 1,93 m, Eberspächer heating of 2006, Alcantara upholstery of 2005 (Telstar), LCD flat screen of 2005, Digitenne of 2005, electric water pressure system, hot water through boiler - boiler of 2005. Teak worked galley unit with grey laminate for work surface, double stainless steel sink, sea water supply by separate foot pump, fridge of 150 litres, Eno three burner gas stove.
Perkins 50 hp diesel engine - overhauled in 2007, Max Prop three bladed propeller + rope cutter, electric circuit: 12V/220V, shore power, battery charger of 2006, extra battery of 2005, two fire extinguishers. Rev counter, oil pressure manometer, water temp. thermometer, battery charge voltmeter, hour log, fuel gauge.
Compass + manual compass, B&G network: speed, depth, wind, GPS, autopilot with remote control, Furuno radar, Geonav plotter with chards, VHF (Atis?), SSB receiver, navtex, stereo with CD-player, windex.
Sprayhood of 2005 + extension of 2006, cockpit table, cockpit cushions, 8 persons life raft (last inspection 2005), two wired stainless steel sea railing of 2006, outboard bracket, electric windlass, anchor with chain, clock and barometer, two flares, horn, bathing platform, boarding ladder stainless steel, two safety buoys, life sling, joon, radar reflector, strobe light, cockpit shower - hot and cold water.
Cutter rigged, anodised aluminium mast and boom, mast with double level of spreaders, cutter stay of 2006 (removable), Dynaform standing rig of 2006, Kevlar back stays of 2006 (removable), Lazy Jacks of 2006. Sails: Hood / Rutgers full battened main sail of 1998, Hood Profurl genoa of 1998, Hood High Aspect max of 2006, storm jib, spinnaker + spi pole, sail cover for main and genoa, mechanical backstay adjuster, 2x Harken ST56 genoa winches, 2x Harken ST44 main sheet winches, 2x Harken ST44 halyard winches, 1x Harken ST40 reef winch, 2x Harken ST44 spi winches.
