General
Grand Banks 36 Motor yacht, built in 1994/95 by American Marine in Singapore, based on the famous John Bennett design, LOA 11.23m (36'8), beam 3.86m (12'7), draft 1.22m (4'), GRP hull (heavy duty hand laid with simulated lines to the hull), GRP superstructure, teak decks, deep V hull, 1,514 litres (333 Imp gallons) fuel capacity, 568 litres (125 Imp gallons) water capacity, sump tank with macerator, second steering position on flybridge, chain and cable mechanical steering, emergency tiller.

Teak parquet cabin sole and teak valances throughout, saloon upholstery in blue ultra suede, oval saloon table with sofa, settee and coffee table to starboard. Galley with ample storage, double stainless steel sink, fridge, Safeflame gas stove with oven .Accommodation for four persons in two double cabins, owner's cabin aft with queen size centreline double bed with ensuite wc/showerroom, double bedded guest cabin foward with ensuite wc and showerroom on port side. The deck area above the aft cabin is spacious enough for two lounge chairs. The flybridge has two built-in, back-to-back seats wide enough to accommodate two adults on each side. Eberspacher D8L diesel warm air central heating, water pressure system, hot water heater, water purification system.

Twin Perkins Sabre 6 cylinder 135 hp diesels, Hurth gearboxes, stainless steel propeller shafts with rope cutters, two 3-bladed bronze propellers, speed 10-12 knots, fuel consumption 14 litres (3.08 Imp gallons) per hour at cruising speed, Onan 6.5 kw generator, 70 amp alternator on each engine, automatic battery charger, battery condition monitor, shore power inlets at bow and stern.

Ritchie compass, Autohelm ST50 log/depth/speed instruments with flybridge repeaters, Seafarer 701 echosounder, two rudder indicators, two Robertson AP 300X autopilots, Autohelm 7000 autopilot with flybridge repeater, Shipmate VHF DSC SOS function with flybridge repeater, Sailor VHF, Siemens SSB, Furuno weatherfax and navtex receiver, Philips GPS/plotter, Furuno 1721 radar fully interfaced to Shipmate RS5800 GPS, JRC differential GPS beacon receiver.

Blaupunkt stereo system with cd player and speakers in both saloons and aft cabin, multistandard TV. Covers for flybridge seating and instrumentation, sun blinds on most windows, micro blinds on saloon windows, inflatable dinghy, Mercury 3.3 hp outboard, 6-person liferaft in stainless steel cradle, three fire extinguishers, fire blanket, stainless steel sea railing with teak trim, safety grab nets fitted all around deck, electric windlass, CQR anchor, spare Bruce anchor, 60m (196') chain, deck wash, hot/cold deck shower, two deck boxes on aft deck, swim platform, swim ladder aft, bow ladder, brass ship's bell, Wempe clock and barometer, swivelling captains chair, new and unused spare parts, all necessary fenders and mooring warps.
