Excellent Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 36.2 in perfect condition. Two cabin ownersversion layout with two chairs opposite of the dinette. She has ample headroom and storage space throughout, making her an ideal family cruisingyacht. Large yet safe cockpit area for leisure sailing or longer stays onboard with family and friends. Owned by her current and only owner since new, "Part Two" is very well maintained indeed. Also a joy to handle with her full furling sails.

GRP sailingyacht Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 36.2 "Part Two", built in 1997 by Jeanneau France, dim.: 11.00 (lwl 9.30) x 3.75 x 1.90 mtr, design by Jacques Faroux and Jeanneau, headway approx. 17 mtr, grp hull, deck and superstructure, teak in cockpit, perspex windows in alum. framing, numerous opening portholes and deckhatches with several blinds and curtains, roundbilged hull, fin keel, balanced spade rudder, displacement: 5,6 tonnes, ballast: 1,55 tonnes (cast iron), fueltank: 100 ltrs (s.s.), freshwatertank: 300 ltrs (polythene), Whitlock mechanical wheelsteering, emergency tiller.
Classic teak interior in first class condition, 2 cabins and saloon, dinette with opposite two leisure chairs, headroom: 1.95 mtr, 4(+1) berths, Front ownercabin with double berth (2,00 x 1,50mtr) large hanging locker, washing basin, 1 x u.w.toilet (plexiglass door seperates shower and toilet compartiments) , hanging wet locker in shower department, large L-shaped galley, double sink, lots of working surface : electric waterpressure system, boyler hot water on engine+220v, Eno two burner gasstove with oven, refrigerator 140 ltr. with 12v Danfoss ompressor.
Yanmar 3GM30 27 hp (20kW) diesel, installed in 1997, approx. 600 runninghours, indirect coolingsystem, mechanical gearbox, s.s. propellershaft, three bladed fixed propeller, cruisingspeed approx. 7 knots, consumption approx. 3 ltr/hr, manual/electric bilgepumps, 12/220v electrical system, 2 batteries, shorepower, Mastervolt automatic batterycharger.

Sprayhood with s.s. grabrail and full cockpitcover, lifebuoy, Goiot windlass, CQR anchor with chain, boardingladder, bathingplatform, deckshower (cold only), fenders, warps, clock, barometer, 3-colour and white masthead light, Glomex TV/FM antennea, radarreflector, low maintanace cockpit-table, fire extinguisher, underwatership treated with a 7 layer epoxy coating since new.
Sloop-rigged, Z-Spars aluminium double spreader stoway mast, s.s. standing rigging, Facnor headsailfurling, 3 sails: furling main / furling genoa / booster (no squeezer), cover for furling genoa, tackle boomvang, 2 x Harken 44ST sheetwinches, 2 x Harken 40ST halyardwinches. The mainsheet traveller is mounted on the coachroof, leaving the cockpit area free.
